The Sacred Spiral

Take a moment and look closely at a fern. Watch how it slowly unfurls, one spiral at a time. That same sacred pattern lives deep within your body—especially during labor.

Yes, the spiral is in your womb.
The uterus is more than muscle. Its design is intelligent, intuitive, and beautifully complex. The outer layers of the uterus spiral in diagonal and figure-eight patterns, guiding your baby downward during labor. Meanwhile, the inner layers twist and interlock to gently open the cervix—and later, to contract and stop bleeding after birth.
This isn't coincidence. It's sacred geometry in motion. Just as the fern knows exactly how to open, your body knows how to birth.
Labor itself follows this spiral rhythm. It’s not a straight line—it’s a circling inward, building in waves, then slowly opening outward again. When you align with that rhythm—through breath, sound, and movement—you tap into a deeper current. You begin to work with your body, not against it.
Birth is a spiral journey. One that curves, deepens, and turns in unexpected ways.
And I’m here to support you through every step, every wave, every spiral turn.
